Clinics |

| Currently, Te Puna has three clinics on the North Shore. The main clinic is based in Northcote beside Awataha Marae and the Auckland University of Technology.with an additional clinic at 44 Akoranga Drive. Our third clinic is based in Birkdale and was opened to serve our ever expanding client community in this area.

Te Puna provides a comprehensive range of quality medical services in our clinics. Experienced doctors and skilled nurse teams provide exceptional ensure that exceptional care is available to all people. In addition to a comprehensive range of first level services we are able to offer the following to our clients; |

- mobile nursing and disease management nurses
- a Paediatric clinic, in conjunction with Starship Hospital, is offered on a weekly basis to Te Puna Hauora clients on the premises
- specialist clinics for respiratory problems, ear and hearing, and diabetes
- physiotherapy services at reduced costs
- a transport service is available for eligible clients on a daily basis

Healthy Lifestyle Programme |

In association with Te Puna PHO, Te Puna Hauora runs a programme designed to assist clients in making thier lifestyles healthier. The Programme Coordinator works alongside the Mobile nurse and practice nurse teams to support clients who are struggling to make the necessary changes. |

The Coordinator utilises a web-based tool which assists clients in making decisions about what to eat, and what not to! Clients are able to access this programme on any computer an internet connection. This enables them to self-manage thier dietary needs. |

Fees |

In order that quality healthcare is available to all people, we offer all services free or low cost. All children under 18 are seen free and registered patients are charged only $16. For more information on our fees and charges, click here. |
