  Haere mai | Welcome

Kia ora and welcome to the website of Te Puna Hauora. We provide health and social services in the community of Te Raki Paewhenua, in Auckland's North Shore City.

We have a pretty unique service, (one which has won national awards), and we are very proud of our community, and the mahi (work) we are able to do. Over the last 10 years or so we have worked hard to find ways to offer services that are people-focused and community-minded; to the point where Te Puna has become a leader in developing innovative and effective services for people affected by health inequalities.

We hope that you'll be able to find most of the information you'll need, right here on this website. However, if there is something we can assist you with, please contact us, we are only to happy to help.

If you are a client of ours, please feel free to browse the site to find out about the services we offer. We have close links to many other community groups, so we will know who can help you if we are unable to.

We would love to hear from you. Contact us here

Te Puna Hauora is celebrating 10 years as a health and social services provider on the North Shore. We are holding a special function for invited guests on Saturday 2nd August. This is an outstanding achievement and we will be honouring some of our longest serving staff. Lyvia Marsden and Grietta Felise have both been with Te Puna Hauora since the beginning!!

Thank you to all our clients over the past decade. We look forward to supporting the health and wellbeing of you and your whanau for another 10 years (and more)!!
